Make sure your avocados are ripe.
12-15 minutes depending on how thick or thin
2 large avocados, soft and ripe
1/8 cup cacao powder (or more depending on how chocolatey you like it)
3-6 tablespoons coconut milk or almond milk
2 tablespoons raw honey, coconut nectar or real maple syrup*
* my favorite sweetener for this recipe
Combine avocados, cacao powder,coconut milk, and sweetener in Cuisinart or blender . Blend on high for 1 minute or until smooth.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Pipe into ramekins or foil cupcake papers and top with sliced strawberries.
This can be a very elegant dinner party dessert. Dress it up with chocolate shavings and serve in a martini glass!
