Raw Apricot Date Bars

Ingredients

YOU SHOULD ALWAYS DOUBLE THIS!!

1 cup dried apricots ( I use TJ's unsulfured in a blue bag-theyare pitted)

1/2 cup medjool dates pitted

1/2 cup creamy almond butter

1/4 cup coconut flakes unsweetened

1/4 cup melted coconut oil


Directions

Put everything in a Cuisinart or Ninja and blend but leave it chunky. Press into a pan cover and freeze for at least 1 hour. Cut into small squares and keep in fridge or freezer. You can eat them out of the freezer-they never freeze solid.
